BOYDS, Md. The roster was built in five steps – U.S. national team allocation, International player draft, a 4-round draft in October, a 10-round draft in January and tryouts.
After Sunday’s match against the Sol, Washington will play the University of Virginia in a Kicks Against Breast Cancer charity exhibition match at the Maryland SoccerPlex on April 4 at 7 p.m. before playing its first home game on April 11 at 6 p.m. against the Chicago Red Stars.
