Joy Fawcett Elected To The Hall of Fame

Joy Fawcett has been voted into the 2009 Hall of Fame. The announcement was made at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Annual Convention in St. Louis, Missouri earlier this week. The official induction into the National Hall of Fame is on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009 in Oneonta, New York. Fawcett earned 239 caps, two FIFA World Cup titles (1991 and 1999) and two Olympic Gold Medals (1996 and 2004) for the USWNT. Congratulations to Joy fawcett.
